Basketball Bank is a commercial bank under the Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD) or the Finance Department of QQ Care Centre. Basketball Bank was established in the year 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

NOTE: Only one account for one pet, toy or doll. For personal or business, there is no limit on how much you can create.

A username is your unique identification for Basketball Bank account specifically. Usernames can be your name, a cartoon or anything you like, like username 'john' or 'elyas'. All usernames should NOT contains capital letters, numbers and symbols. All usernames are under-case letters.

If someone took your username that you like, then you need to choose an alternative.

NOTE: You cannot change your username later on. If you'd like to change your username for any reasons, you need to create a new Basketball Bank account with a new username.

The 5-20-digit PIN is used as a strong password that is the most confidential thing on Basketball Bank to protect your bank account. You can set your PIN once when signing up for a Basketball Bank account.

If you give out your PIN to someone else, unfortunately you cannot change it. If you want to change your PIN, you have to create a new Basketball Bank account.

No, your name on your dashboard MUST match with your name as per your member of QQ ID card under the Identification Document (ID) Department of QQ Care Centre.

No, you can't set limit for your pet, doll or toy to spend or transfer money. However, you (only as an OWNER) can help your pet, doll or toy to access their Basketball Bank's account and manage it.

To do an action regarding your pet/doll/toy's account, please ask their permission first.

If your Basketball Bank account got hacked, the first thing you need to do is to transfer all of your assets into any of your backup bank accounts. Transfer your balance, even if the hacker starts to take unwanted action, can save you a couple of bucks.

If it is too late, or you've done all of that, request an immediate help by emailing QQ Care Centre (Attn: Basketball Bank and CID Department) at qqcarecentre@gmail.com or DM us via Instagram @qqcarecentre. Describe what happened, when it got hacked, how it got hacked, a picture of your bank account main page screen and supporting evidence.

We might lodge a report to the CID Department.

While waiting for our reply, have a look on the actions we can only take if your account got hacked (with your consent):

• Stop any transfer and transaction for the past 24 hours - This is NOT guarantee. If given enough time, we will try to stop any transactions and uphold them first. We will communicate with any involved agencies and organizations to investigate what happened on their system. We'll create a conclusion, and given enough evidence, we'll transfer the funds back to you.

• Terminate your bank account - We'll delete your bank account, as this is is the most SAFEST way to do. You will need to sign up for a new bank account or use back any of your existing accounts.

If you receive a "404 The page you entered does not exist" error, it maybe means that your 5-20-digit account PIN is wrong. Please try follow the following steps below:

• Remember the last time you put your 5-20-digit account PIN and paste it in the address bar several times, as there is no limit on how many attempts you can try.

• Try searching for your PIN through emails, messages and sources Basketball Bank provided.

• Find whether you jotted down in a notepad or sticky-note.

• See if you can recover your PIN by someone who may know your PIN.

• If everything else fails, please email QQ Care Centre (Attn: Basketball Bank) at qqcarecentre@gmail.com for recovery.
  We will get to you and ask for supporting documents to recover your account.

Le mot de passe literally means 'Password' in French. It is used as a 'password' to make payments online or applying for things like paying for tax, pay for license, pay for goods and services in MagasinerQQ™, or request for a new cheque book.

You can change your le mot de passe if you did not change it for the past TWO (2) weeks. To change it, email QQ Care Centre (Attn: Basketball Bank) at qqcarecentre@gmail.com. Note that it can take up to TWO (2) weeks to update on our system, unless you change it because of emergency in which we will try to speed up the process.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you don't have any pending transactions before you change your le mot de passe, otherwise your previous transactions will be void.

QQ dollars, known by the symbol "QQ$", is a currency used here in QQ Care Centre. Under Section 88.1 QQ rules Penal Code 82 Act 2021, the currency that was used in the house of QQ Care Centre shall be the QQ dollars (symbol “QQ$”) and QQ tokens (at a maximum of 2 decimal places). Furthermore, the primary currency used for trade shall be the QQ dollars under Section 88.2 of the Penal Code Act.

Goods and Services' Taxes (GST) are mandatory tax payment under Section 44.1 QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021 imposed towards goods and services, including from Basketball Bank. Under the Penal Code Act, all 100% of the GST (and other applicable taxes) that we receive will go towards the Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD).

GST applies towards borrowing (loan) and other applicable services. You will be notified if GST are imposed.

Cheques are official documents used to authorize a bank (like Basketball Bank) to deduct a certain amount of money from the authorized owner of the bank account into another bank account that was authorized.

Basketball Bank is switching to cheques to increase productivity time of transactions, while reduce bureaucracy compared to email or Google Forms. Cheques can also increase security and to prevent fraud, such as using signatures in cheques to approve a payment transaction.

This cheque system will be implemented on 1st January 2026. As the new cheque system is implemented, you will change the way on how you transfer money. Fast, secure and convenient!

Yes, the Envelope Delivery for Laziness (EDL) and the Commercial Bank of Finance Department (CFD) will charge users or/and banks for using cheques and deposit them in EDL postbox. This is because EDL will be paid to hand over the cheques to banks and ensuring that cheques deposited in the postbox are safe and free from damages; this is known as 'EDL processing fees'. Borrow (loan) QQ dollars is a service that allows Basketball Bank users to borrow our money and are required to pay back our money in a certain period of time and give us a compensation of interest rates.

Interests are a form of 'rewards' as an appreciation for letting you borrow Basketball Bank's money. It is how Basketball Bank earns money. Penalty such as 'late payment charges' will increase the interest rate. You can learn more on the Borrow (loan) page.

Tenure is the repayment terms and time for borrower agreed between the borrower and Basketball Bank in order to return the borrowed money along with the agreed interest.

Interest are set by both Basketball Bank and the monetary policy set by the Central Bank of Finance Department.

Firstly, Basketball Bank offers overdraft payment but do NOT recommended. An overdraft is a small 'loan' provided by us that allows you to pay for something when the account reaches zero. Long story short, if you purchase something that is more than you have in your bank account, you've taken out some overdraft. 

For example: You've QQ$1,000.00 and you brought something for QQ$1,500.00. In conclusion, QQ$1,000.00 will be taken out from your account and QQ$500.00 will be paid by us first. The QQ$500.00 is also known as overdraft.

Not all transaction is approved for overdraft. We only approve transaction that are necessities only.

You can use the money you've borrowed using the 'Borrow (loan) QQ$' for just about anything, while overdraft is directly purchase from an organization or agency.

Example, you borrow QQ$1,000.00 from 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. So, you can use the borrowed money to transfer to another user etc. 

Another example, you purchase something that is QQ$1,500.00, but you've only QQ$1,000.00 in your bank account. So, you've borrowed from us QQ$500.00 which is known as an overdraft.

Technically, both is just almost the same, just that the functionality on how to borrow from us is different.

We strongly recommend you to borrow from us in advanced via 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. Overdraft payment is only for necessities only.

Yes, the interest for overdraft is the same as 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. But because 'Borrow (loan) QQ$' is disabled for now, the overdraft interest rates, with the approval of the Finance Department, is in accordance to here.

In respect of the principle of honesty and integrity of the members of QQ, our relation with Bank of LuX is terrible. Basketball Bank urges its users to limit transactions, trades and interactions between Basketball Bank and Bank of LuX.

You can still do transaction to and from Bank of LuX by using cheques. For now, no additional charges are imposed to send money between Basketball Bank and other commercial banks.

Not sarcastically, we, the Basketball Bank, don't know why you are planning to switch from Basketball Bank to Bank of LuX. But anyway, here is our recommended step-by-step:

• First, visit https://lux.qq.thegwk.tk and see if you are eligible for sign up. 

• Just follow their recommended instructions on how to sign up. We don't know how.

• Once you've successfully signed up, log in to your Basketball Bank account and transfer all money to your new... Bank of LuX account. For this, you can use cheques to do so.

• Screenshot any important documents from your Basketball Bank account and store it in a secure storage. You know, just in case.

• Reconsider termination of Basketball Bank account in case of urgent needs.
