Username are a symbol of user's account specifically. Usernames can be your name, a cartoon or anything you like. It mustn't contains capital letters, numbers and symbols. All usernames are under case letters.

If someone take your username you like, then you need to choose an alternative. You cannot change your username later on.

The 5-20-digit PIN is used as a strong password that is the most confidential thing on Basketball Bank to protect your account. You can set your PIN once and cannot change it afterwards when signing up a new account. If you give out your PIN to someone else, unfortunately you cannot change it.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your username or PIN. You can however change your name in your account screen and name that what usually Basketball Bank named you on a transaction. To change your account screen name or how you'll be called, contact Okito to change it for you with no extra requirement.

No, you can't set limit for your pet, doll or toy to spend, transfer or etc. However, you (only as an OWNER) can help your pet, doll or toy to access their Basketball Bank's account and manage it.

To do an action, ask your pet's permission first.

If your Basketball Bank account got hacked, the first thing you need to do is to transfer all of your assets into any of your backup bank account. Transfer your balance, even if the hacker starts to take unwanted action, can save you a couple of bucks.

1 . Remember the last time you've put your 5-20-digit account PIN several times.

QQ dollars, known by the symbol "QQ$", is a currency used here in QQ Care Centre. Use it mostly to trade them from MagasinerQQ™ items; to pay fines under penalties under the RULES OF QQ.

There will be a 10% transaction fees for it: 5% goes to service fees; 5% goes to the Goods and Services' Taxes (GST)

Goods and Services' Taxes are mandatory tax payment under QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021. Under the Penal Code Act, everyone must pay tax in this form. All taxes we receive will go 100% to the Finance Department.

According to the Penal Code Act, the Goods and Service will be decided by the Finance Department. The Finance Department sets the GST percentage to 5%.

When making payment online, please ensure the total amount you calculate includes a 5% tax.

Only transfer money to another bank user will apply the 5% GST.

NOTE: Making payment online does NOT charge any tax other than the chargeable product or service. Only when transfer QQ dollars from one bank user to another bank user counts 5% GST.

Borrow (loan) QQ dollars means that you are borrowing our money and you are required to pay back our money in a certain time of frame and give us a compensation of interest rates.

Currently, 'Borrow (loan) QQ dollars' is disabled for now due to upgrading purposes.

Interests are a form of 'rewards' as an appreciation for letting you borrow Basketball Bank's money. Penalty such as 'late payment charges' will increase the interest rate. You can learn more on the Borrow (loan) page.

Firstly, Basketball Bank offers overdraft payment but do NOT recommended. An overdraft is a small 'loan' provided by us that allows you to pay for something when the account reaches zero. Long story short, if you purchase something that is more than you have in your bank account, you've taken out some overdraft.

For example: You've QQ$1,000.00 and you brought something for QQ$1,500.00. In conclusion, QQ$1,000.00 will be taken out from your account and QQ$500.00 will be paid by us first. The QQ$500.00 is also known as overdraft.

Not all transaction is approved for overdraft. We only approve transaction that are necessities only.

You can use the money you've borrowed using the 'Borrow (loan) QQ$' for just about anything, while overdraft is directly purchase from an organization or agency.

Example, you borrow QQ$1,000.00 from 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. So, you can use the borrowed money to transfer to another user etc.

Another example, you purchase something that is QQ$1,500.00, but you've only QQ$1,000.00 in your bank account. So, you've borrowed from us QQ$500.00 which is known as an overdraft.

Technically, both is just almost the same, just that the functionality on how to borrow from us is different.

We strongly recommend you to borrow from us in advanced via 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. Overdraft payment is only for necessities only.

Yes, the interest for overdraft is the same as 'Borrow (loan) QQ$'. But because 'Borrow (loan) QQ$' is disabled for now, the overdraft interest rates, with the approval of the Finance Department, is in accordance to here.

Our relation with Bank of LuX is terrible. Basketball Bank urges the members of QQ to limit transactions, trades and interactions between Basketball Bank and Bank of LuX.

You can still do transaction to and from Bank of LuX under the RULES OF QQ. You can see how-to instructions on the transfer/receive money button on your account page for an easier explanation.

We don't know why you are planning to switch from Basketball Bank to Bank of LuX. But anyway, here's our recommended step-by-step and their site may be updated:

1) Visit https://lux.qq.thegwk.tk and see if you are eligible for sign up. Just follow their recommended instructions on how to sign up.

2) Once you've successfully signed up, visit your Basketball Bank account and transfer all money to your Bank of LuX account.

3) Screenshot any important documents from your Basketball Bank account and store it in a secure storage.

4) Reconsider termination of Basketball Bank account in case of urgent needs.
